When you complete the pre-qualification form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, WhatsApp phone number, email address (optional), income range, proof-of-income type, self-reported credit score range, eviction or broken-lease history, pets, estimated move-in date, search area, and rental budget.

We do not run credit checks. The score range you enter is self-reported, and we do not verify your credit history with any bureau.

2. How we use your information

We use your information exclusively to: (a) compare your profile against the approval criteria of the apartment communities we work with; (b) show you an indicative compatibility result; and (c) allow a real estate professional to contact you, at your request, to guide you through your options.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Who we share your information with

Your information is only visible to the real estate professional who operates this tool. Apartment communities do not receive your data through this platform; communication with them happens only if you decide to apply, during your conversation with the professional.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide you with rental guidance. You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time by messaging the professional through the same WhatsApp channel you used to reach us.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure server storage and authenticated, restricted access to the administrative panel.

6. Minors

This service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its update date.
