RentaSegura Orlando is an informational pre-qualification tool that compares the information you provide against the known approval criteria of certain apartment communities in the Orlando area and surroundings.

The result is indicative and does not constitute an approval, a guarantee of approval, a rental offer, or a promise of unit availability. The final approval decision belongs exclusively to each community, after its own application, verification, and credit-check process.

2. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information you provide. A result based on inaccurate or incomplete data may not reflect your real standing with the communities.

Community criteria, pricing, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. While we strive to keep information current, we do not guarantee its accuracy at the time of your application.

3. No credit check

Using this tool does not generate hard credit inquiries and does not affect your credit score. The score entered in the form is self-reported.

4. Relationship with the real estate professional

By requesting to speak with a professional, you agree to be contacted through the channel you provided (WhatsApp, email, or phone). The names and contact details of compatible communities are shared only during that conversation, never inside the tool.

5. Limitation of liability

RentaSegura Orlando shall not be liable for communities' approval or denial decisions, for application fees paid to third parties, or for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this tool's indicative results.

6. Permitted use

You agree to use this tool only for personal, legitimate housing-search purposes, and not to attempt to extract confidential information about the registered communities or interfere with the platform's operation.
